St John has a 5-year business to transform the organisation and ensure its future sustainability. To be successful St John needed their 10,000 strong paid and volunteer workforce to both understand and commit to the new strategy.
To achieve buy-in, we needed to find a way to help unite St John’s previously silo’d culture and engage employees with the parts of the plan that affected them personally.
We developed a multimedia internal engagement campaign that humanised the corporate strategy in way that makes it relevant and actionable for each individual, under the theme of “One St John. Together Better”.
This has included filming and animating 6 ‘educational’ videos – all created in-house using the Designworks motion graphics team.
