The New Zealand Post Group is a family of diverse capabilities that include marketing and personal communications, distribution of physical goods, banking and payments, data and information management and business process outsourcing.

Each business (or division) within the group had its own set of values, which wasn't helping the organisation focus on a common goal. Our task was to help create a unified set of values at group level around which everyone could rally to grow a more purposeful culture. We facilitated workshops, talking with stakeholders at all levels in order to ascertain relevant thoughts and feelings.

The New Zealand Post group now has a set of three values (both behavioural and attitudinal) that are working to guide all in the group towards achieving a consistent end purpose. The values inform all internal programmes and appear in various forms throughout touch points around the New Zealand Post building.
